Here is a suggested list of supplies you might want to bring with you to the
retreat! Print it out to make sure you don't forget anything!
Check in is at 4pm on Friday, and Check out is 1pm on Sunday. When you
arrive, you will be able to pull right up to the conference room to unload
your scrap supplies. I'll be waiting for you with bells on and will
give you your room assignments. Once you've unloaded, you will be able
to go to your rooms and unpack your other belongs and hurry back to get the
party started!
At the Ponderosa, most rooms have a queen bed and a twin, and a couple have
a queen bed only with a few rollaway beds available. And each room
will have 2 scrappers unless you choose triple occupancy.
